"We needed to have our pool pavers restored, re-sanded, and re-sealed as they hadn't been sealed since we moved here to Palm Harbor, Florida, nearly 13 years ago. I was constantly having to remove weeds and black algae from between the pavers and the blackish mold stains on the pavers could no longer be washed off. The pool cage and screening also needed cleaning as the lichens were starting to take over in some areas. Eli explained what needed to be done and what he would be doing to restore pool area. He is a certified Trident Master Pro technician and has undergone extensive training in the use of Trident products. He explained why he uses Trident instead of other products on the market. Those products are specifically made for Florida's climate and high humidity, plus,Trident has taken steps to make its products less harmful to the environment than many other manufacturers of similar products. Since I have a certified butterfly garden and use no pesticides or weed-killers in my yard, this was important to me. I also liked the fact that Eli would be doing the work himself. I had read his company reviews and many specifically praised Eli as being honest, knowledgeable, and hard-working. I agree completely. Since this was the beginning of our rainy season (which came very late this year in July) we had to watch the weather carefully to be sure the sealer had a chance to dry before getting rained on. As it turned out, we had a good 17 hours of humid but dry weather. After that we did get some fairly heavy rain, which just beaded on the pavers so I could tell that the sealer had properly cured. The pavers look great compared to how they looked before, as you can see in my pictures, and there are no more weeds or algae. The pool cage and screen also look much better. We had to have a couple of the screens replaced as they came loose during the wash but I had expected that because some were quite old. We are planning on a re-screen after the hurricane season so this cleaning will get us by until then. Thank you, Eli, for a job well done!"
