• Contact information — name, phone number, email address, and property address, when you request a quote, book a service, call, text, email, or message us through the website chat.
• Property details — house size, surface types, service preferences, and any photos you choose to send us to improve quote accuracy.
• Service records — the services we performed, dates, before/after photos of the work, and payment records.
• Website usage — standard analytics (pages visited, device type, general location) via Google Analytics. Our instant quote tool may reference publicly available satellite imagery of the address you enter; the address is not sent to us until you submit the form.

How we use it

• To prepare and deliver your quote, schedule and perform your service, and keep service records.
• To communicate with you about your quote, booking, appointment, and completed work — including follow-ups and review requests.
• To improve our website and services.

Text messaging (SMS)

By providing your mobile number when requesting a quote, booking a service, or texting us first, you consent to receive text messages from Sandbar Soft Wash related to your quote, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and follow-ups such as review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. What we never do

• We never sell your personal information. Period.
• We never share your contact information with third parties for their marketing.
• We never use your property photos publicly without permission — the before/after photos on this site are published with the property owner's OK and never identify the customer.

Who we share with (only to run the business)

We use a small set of service providers to operate: our customer-management and messaging platform, payment processing (Square), website hosting, and Google Analytics. They process your information only to provide those services to us and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Retention & security

We keep customer and service records as long as needed to serve you and meet legal/accounting obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices
