1. The program
Sandbar Soft Wash sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who provide their mobile number — through the quote form at sandbarsoftwash.com/instant-quote, by booking a service, by texting us first, or by asking us to text them. Messages relate to your business with us:
- Quote follow-ups and confirmations
- Booking requests, appointment confirmations, and reminders
- Day-of-service updates and crew arrival notices
- Post-service follow-ups, including review requests
2. Consent
By providing your mobile number in any of the ways above, you consent to receive these messages from Sandbar Soft Wash. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service — you can always work with us by phone or email instead.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity with us — typically a handful of messages around a quote or scheduled service. This is not a subscription or promotional blast list.
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Sandbar does not charge for text messages.
5. Opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed from further texts. You may receive a single confirmation message of your opt-out. Opting out of texts does not affect your quote or service — we'll simply use phone or email instead.
6. Help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message, call (727) 712-6281, or email team@sandbarsoftwash.com.
7. Privacy
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this page with the effective date above.
