Pinellas County
Soft Wash & Pressure Washing in Tierra Verde, FL
Tierra Verde is an upscale island community at the south tip of Pinellas, off the Pinellas Bayway near Fort De Soto — waterfront homes, townhomes, and boat docks surrounded by bay and Gulf. Just north, the St. Pete Beach barrier island runs from Pass-a-Grille to the Don CeSar. Water on every side means salt reaches every property here, coating screen frames, hazing stucco, and corroding dock and pool hardware. We soft wash the low-pressure, warranty-safe way, pair the biocide with a salt-neutralizing rinse so the clean holds, and clean the screen cages and paver pool decks these island homes are built around.

Local Property Expertise
Why Tierra Verde Properties Need Regular Cleaning
Tierra Verde and St. Pete Beach are island living in full coastal exposure, and salt is the defining problem. Surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay, the Gulf, and the channels around Fort De Soto, these homes take a constant salt load that hazes stucco and glass, chalks and corrodes aluminum screen frames and dock hardware, and ages a waterfront exterior long before inland algae would. The newer tile-roof homes and townhomes on Tierra Verde still grow algae on shaded north faces, and the barrier-island humidity keeps it active. A wash aimed only at the algae leaves the salt behind, which is why some island homes look tired again within weeks of a basic rinse. We treat both — biocide for the growth, a salt-neutralizing rinse so the result lasts — and clean the screen cages and pavers island living depends on.

Why Tierra Verde Homeowners Choose Sandbar
Tierra Verde’s Warranty-Safe Soft Wash Crew
- Built for island salt — Tierra Verde and St. Pete Beach are surrounded by water. We add a salt-neutralizing rinse so screens, stucco, and hardware hold their look instead of hazing back over in weeks.
- Low-pressure, finish-safe — Coastal stucco, painted block, and aluminum take a soft wash, not pressure. We clean at 100–500 PSI so finishes and seals stay intact.
- Pool cage, lanai & dock-side — Island homes live on screened pool cages and waterfront lanais, and the salt oxidizes the frames. We clean frame, panels, and gutters together in one visit.
- Tile roofs, zero foot traffic — We clean tile from ladders and edges — never walking the surface — so there are no cracked tiles and no voided warranty.
- Trident Master Certified paver care — Paver drives and pool decks cleaned, re-sanded, and sealed with a Florida-grade UV sealer built to take island sun.
- Instant price, no surprises — See your price on screen and lock it in. The instant price is the price — no trip charge added later.
Questions
Tierra Verde, FL Soft Wash FAQs
Do you service all of Tierra Verde and St. Pete Beach?
Yes — Tierra Verde (33715) and St. Pete Beach / Pass-a-Grille (33706), off the Pinellas Bayway near Fort De Soto, plus the surrounding Pinellas beaches. Same-week scheduling and instant pricing.
My home is on the water — does salt change the cleaning?
It does. Island and waterfront homes carry a salt load as well as algae, so they get a salt-neutralizing rinse alongside the biocide treatment — that is what keeps screens, stucco, and dock hardware from hazing back over within weeks.
Will you walk on my tile roof?
Never. Foot traffic cracks tile far more reliably than weather does, so we clean tile from ladders and the roof edges with zero foot traffic on the surface — the only method that protects the roof and its warranty.
